IMPORTANT UPDATE
After a lot of reflection and back and forth, I have decided to close this chapter and end Movement for Makers (for now). I love leading movement practices and encouraging others to explore movement as a companion for their creative practices, however at this time I am not able to put the time and care into this container that I would like and feel the need to simplify my offerings.
Thank you for being a part of Movement for Makers over the last year. I really appreciate all of your support, presence and attention.
What this means for your membership (please read carefully):
In a little bit I will "delete" the payment plan for Movement for Makers, which means you will not be charged again. You will also no longer find the movement for makers membership on your account (I believe)
I will still teach the two live classes scheduled for the week of October 5th! These are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday morning
The Movement for Makers homepage will continue to live on my website for the next two months, so you will still have access to the replay library for that time - I just won't be teaching live classes
Feel free to download or save any of the videos from Vimeo that you like so that you can continue to flow on your own!
This does mean that you will also lose access to Gathered Threads
If you would like to continue to be a part of Gathered Threads, you will have to re-sign up for that. You can use the code THANKYOUFORYOU for a free month (so that you don't pay twice for the next month - let me know if you run into issues with this)
The mini flow library will move to the Gathered Threads homepage so these videos (and future ones I make) will be available to you if you continue with your Gathered Threads memberships
Thank you so much for your understanding and I apologize for any frustration this might cause. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions or if I can help out in any way <3
Thank you again!
Sending lots of love.
Xoxo

Herbs + Tinctures
I am a big believer in the power of plants to help nourish us and I often will take various tinctures and potions to help with my nervous system regulation and calm my mind (medication is also very helpful and a valid resource!)
i like Ms Tea Botanica a lot for my tinctures
