By registering for a Movement for Makers drop-in class or membership, you agree to the following:

Liability + Participation

• Movement for Makers classes may include physical activity such as yoga, stretching, or mindful movement.

• You understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying movements as needed, and consulting a healthcare professional if you have any concerns before participating.

• By joining, you release Justice McNeil Sumser and Justice McNeil Studio, LLC. from any liability for injury, accident, or harm that may occur during or after the class.

Refunds + Cancellations

• Refunds are available for drop-in classes if you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of class.

• If a class is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another class.

• Refunds are not available for Movement for Makers Memberships

Access + Technology

• Classes are hosted live online. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and the necessary device/software to join.

• Refunds will not be provided for technical difficulties on your end.

Class Recordings

• Classes are recorded for Movement for Makers Members to watch on their own time. These recordings are not shared with the general public.

• If you do not want to be recorded, please turn your camera off.

Community Guidelines

• Please show up with kindness and respect for yourself and others in the class space.

• Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.
